At TriStarr Staffing, our six-step candidate evaluation process ensures we can consistently deliver the right people-and the best results, every time.

Step 1: Pre-screen

TriStarr Staffing screens candidates for experience, skills, education, and work history.

Step 2: Application

TriStarr Staffing checks for consistency with answers obtained during the pre-screen. We also discuss salary expectations, TriStarr's policies and procedures, work history, and availability.

Step 3: Hard skills assessment

TriStarr Staffing conducts an assessment of the candidate's skills based on your specific needs.

Step 4: Interview

TriStarr Staffing conducts an in-depth interview to verify information received in the previous steps. We also evaluate interpersonal skills, attire and grooming, and communication skills.

Step 5: Reference/Background check

TriStarr Staffing checks and verifies references from ALL candidates. Candidates unable to submit verifiable references will be screened out. Depending on your specific need, we can also conduct a drug screen, criminal background check, and a consumer credit check.

Step 6: Behavioral & personality assessment

At TriStarr Staffing, we are certified behavioral assessment analysts. We use both behavioral and personality assessments to ensure the best fit between a client and a candidate. These assessments have been shown to reduce turnover by 30-40%.
